UPDATE: Two incidents were reported addressed on DRC’s status page and MSTEP access appears fully reinstated.

Despite the DRC status page currently showing all systems are operational, many Michigan school districts are reporting intermittent access issues. Calls have been placed with DRC tech support.

Some schools report successive relaunches of student Chrome devices and then launches of the app have yielded successful access, but that is time consuming and not a guaranteed path to success.

The issue is still being investigated and there is no ETA on full service restoration.
