In order to apply timely security patches and perform necessary infrastructure upgrades, the Wayne RESA networking/server team sets aside a ten hour work window one Sunday each quarter. On their upcoming maintenance day they will also be replacing equipment that will result in intermittent service outages. Please take note as this occurs this upcoming Sunday.
School district staff should be prepared for the intermittent outage of all data services (e.g. MISTAR Q, Student Connection, Parent Connection, SMART, Illuminate et al) on this quarter’s Sunday maintenance window, November 17, 2024 between 7 AM and 5 PM EST. Please plan accordingly.
Please note their next scheduled maintenance day / planned outage will be Sunday, January 26, 2025.
