We have almost completed the network improvement projects we explained to you back in August & September and will need to schedule some additional maintenance windows in order to get the automatic failover portion of the redundant ISP fully configured and our full disaster recovery system tested/completed. While there will be some intermittent periods where your website is unavailable to the public during these windows, we will be able to minimize any disruptions so any service interruption is far less than the duration of the windows. Additionally, we will schedule all of these maintenance windows in the middle of the night to mitigate any impact they will have on your users.

We will be keeping our regularly scheduled maintenance window on the thirdTuesday of the month, 11/16, from 12:00 AM to 3:00 AM PST.
Additionally, we will be adding maintenance windows each night from Thursday, 11/19 to Sunday, 11/22, from 12:00 AM to 3:00 AM PST.

Our intention is to have both automated ISP failover and our full disaster recovery offering complete and tested by the end of these maintenance windows. Provided we are able to keep to this schedule, we will be returning to our regular cadence of maintenance windows moving forward.
