P-CCS Tech Status Sunday, November 19, 2022 is the next scheduled quarterly maintenance window day for WR // MISTAR, SMART and other services will be intermittently unavailable through the 10 hour window

In order to apply timely security patches and perform necessary infrastructure upgrades, the Wayne RESA networking/server team sets aside an eight hour work window one Sunday each quarter. On their upcoming maintenance day they will also be replacing equipment that will result in service outages and an expanded maintenance window of ten hours. Please take note.

School district staff should be prepared for the complete outage of all data services (eg MISTAR Q, Student Connection, Parent Connection, SMART, Illuminate et al) on this quarter’s Sunday maintenance window, November 19, 2022 between 7 AM and 5 PM. Additionally, there will be no internet service in the district during most of this window.

Please note their next scheduled maintenance day / planned outage will be Sunday, January 21, 2024.
