In order to apply timely security patches and perform necessary infrastructure upgrades, the Wayne RESA networking/server team sets aside a work window one Sunday each quarter. This coming Sunday (4/25) is this quarter’s scheduled maintenance day.
School district staff should be prepared for the complete outage of all of Wayne RESA’s data services (eg. MISTAR — including Q, Parent Connection, Student Connection, and SMART) during periods of time within this quarter’s maintenance window (7 AM – 5 PM) on SUNDAY April 24. In addition to temporarily inaccessible data services, during portions of the maintenance window within the district there will be NO INTERNET SERVICE and NO offsite VPN access.
Please note Wayne RESA’s NEXT scheduled maintenance day / planned outage is SUNDAY JULY 17, 2022.
