P-CCS Tech Status MISTAR Q will be unavailable from 5 pm – 5:15 pm this afternoon (12/21)

The county has just alerted all districts that MISTAR Q will be down for about 15 minutes today, Thursday, December 21st, starting at 5 pm EST so that they can deploy a fix to address an issue with the Programs Form application that Special Ed departments throughout the state use.

FOR SPECIAL ED STAFF – REGARDING THE PROGRAM FORMS Module

• Special Ed staff interested in seeing the list of fixes can view them HERE.
• As a reminder, the county has the final virtual drop-in session of the calendar year tomorrow (Friday December 22nd) from 7:30AM-4:00PM. It is open to anyone needing assistance with the program forms application.
• Attendees can get guidance on working in the new application, get questions answered or hear what questions others are asking. Contact your supervisor for the link.
