UPDATED CLARIFICATION: During the weekend of March 26-28 Wayne RESA will be conducting building maintenance that will require them to take ALL of their IT application SERVICES (such as MISTAR and SMART) AS WELL AS as our INTERNET ACCESS OFFLINE. This maintenance is necessary to ensure continued reliable power service to their building.
On Friday, March 26th, districts will be required to log out of all RESA applications and services by 3 PM. Access won’t be available again until Sunday, March 28th.
On Friday, March 26th, our district’s internet service will be suspended between 4 PM and 4:15 PM.
From Friday afternoon, March 26th through Sunday afternoon, March 28th, there will be NO ACCESS TO the services they host (MISTAR — including Q, Parent Portal, Student Portal, SMART, etc.) AND NO INTERNET SERVICE within the district. This also means NO VPN access. [Telephone service will remain operational.]
Wayne RESA expects to be able to restore services / access no later than Sunday, March 28th, by 5 PM.

FYI, Wayne RESA will be conducting building maintenance next month — March 26 and March 27. This will cause WRESA system unavailability (MISTAR, SMART, etc.) beginning in the evening of Friday, March 26 and lasting into the afternoon of Sunday, March 28. Please make a note of this planned outage and adjust your expectations of service access for those dates accordingly.
