Between approximately 10:05 am EST and 10:08 am EST today district internet access was unavailable. WayneRESA was contacted and confirmed that the outage was upstream of them (and therefore of us). They are working to understand what had happened with one of their main service providers that experienced the service disruption to avoid the situation happening again (if avoidable).
Our department regrets any inconvenience this brief outage might have caused, especially with any testing that might have been taking place. At this point systems have been restored and services should again all be accessible. In some limited cases users still having trouble should restart their browser or application.
