UPDATE 1/14 5:20 PM: TDS has escalated the issue to AT&T, the physical carrier, and is simultaneously working on leveraging other phone lines (PRIs) to allow all incoming phone calls to connect.

Our telephone service provider (TDS) is troubleshooting a problem with inbound phone calls to 734-582-#### phone numbers. Internal calls and outbound calls still work.
