Resolved – Some users may have experienced various troubles inside of Canvas (login troubles, processing SIS imports, viewing documents in Speedgrader). These troubles were related to traffic going through certain servers. Our team was able to reroute this traffic to bypass the affected hardware which then corrected the troubles being experienced by Canvas users. Thank you for your patience while we corrected these troubles.

There is currently an error between Canvas and MISTAR when attempting to sync grades. Users are receiving an error message “Jwt verification failed” and finding the syncing hasn’t occurred. The technology department has contacted Canvas who has in turn escalated the issue to their internal SIS team. We will update this page upon resolution.
