Find-Me Printing services have been restored. We apologize for the long downtime. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the issue, we needed additional support from PaperCut to fix the root cause of the problem.

The workaround that was shared in our last update will temporarily remain in place while we confirm that Find-Me Printing is working properly throughout the district. Please be sure to set Find-Me as your default printer to avoid any disruptions when the workaround is disabled.
