UPDATE:Thanks for your patience. Wayne RESA staff have rebooted their MISTAR servers and MISTAR service should now be working as expected. If you still have an issue with load times or error messages, please log out of MISTAR and then log back in to restore expected operations. The county has just notified us that MISTAR-Q will be down late this afternoon (5 pm – 5:30 pm EST) so they can deploy a hotfix for one of its application modules. They appreciate our patience as they work to keep MISTAR-Q updated.
While staff can successfully send print jobs to selected, named printers, Find Me printing is not working nor can staff walk up to a copier and successfully gain access via badging/entering PIN codes since the district’s PaperCut server is not working properly. The tech department is working with two Konica technicians to resolve the server issue. No ETA is available as to when Find Me printing and copier access will be restored. We regret the inconvenience and thank staff for their patience in the interim.
UPDATE: County technical staff have cleared the condition that was causing the performance issue and MISTAR should again be functioning normally. Please submit a service ticket if you are experiencing an issue with MISTAR.
