Around 8 am EST, reports of users being unable to visit the Zoom website (zoom.us) and unable to start and join Zoom Meetings and Webinars surfaced around the country. By 9 am Zoom had identified the issue causing users to be unable to authenticate to the Zoom website (zoom.us) and unable to start and join Zoom Meetings and Webinars, and was working on a fix for this issue.

Zoom reports they are still working to resume full operations. In the interim, consider using the Zoom app as it appears to be working as expected instead of the web portal.
