Subject: Short Maintenance Window – Thursday 9/3 7:00PM – 8:00PM
UPDATE – Start time moved up 1 hour to accommodate a district activity.
Staff will continue work on the installation of a new core network switch Thursday 9/3 from 7PM to 8PM. This is work continuing from last Friday when a district connectivity issue was still not resolved. Research found and corrected a configuration problem in one of our Internet Service Provider (ISP) routers. It is important that the equipment is installed prior to the start of the school year to meet increased school district network bandwidth demands.
During the maintenance window connectivity between the Internet and school district networks/Wayne RESA servers will be interrupted.
